An archaeological dig at a remote glen in the Scottish Borders has unearthed numerous skeletons without heads and yet, only one skull, which proves to have had fairly recent dental work. That find turns their painstaking investigation into the annihilation of a seventeenth century Reiver Clan into a twenty-first century crime scene.
