Life is smooth sailing...Until horrible hazards arrive on the beach.Taffy shop owner, Lydia Doherty, is disappointed that business has become slow at her storefront on the Jersey shore, even though she knows it is not her fault. Tourists are avoiding Ocean Point like the plague, due to rampant rumors of jellyfish in the water. When someone Lydia cares about dies, and seems to be a victim of the deadly stings of jellyfish, Lydia can’t help thinking that the circumstances surrounding the death seem more than a bit fishy. Suspecting that the tragedy wasn’t an accident, but was actually murder, Lydia begins investigating, determined to uncover the truth.
