Encore un phénomène inexpliqué à SpooksVille. Le petit Neil a disparu sur la jetée, alors que sa soeur Cindy veillait sur lui. Elle affirme avoir vu une lumière et deux bras décharnés sortir du phare abandonné pour s'empare de l'enfant. Personne ne veut croire à cette histoire, sauf Adam, Sally et Tic-Tac. Ils décident d'aider Cindy à retrouver son frère.
