Missing & Gone

It looked like an open and shut case, one that shouldn’t have landed on homicide detective Jayne O’Shea’s desk: a UW-Madison student died from an apparent opioid overdose. Except, the victim’s roommate called 911 claiming to have video proof that the death was no accident. Now, the caller has gone missing and in order to put the pieces together, Jayne will have to find her first. The fastest way to do that? The skeptical detective will have to follow the tip she just got from her grandmother’s fortune-teller friend.
