I shouldn’t be anywhere near Deacon. Our daughters are best friends in college. Her daughter hates every woman he’s been with. His arrogance is off the charts. And he doesn’t know the big bad secret I’m hiding. Seriously, why was I so naive to even think Deacon was my Christmas present. The hot rich guy who fell into my lap out of no where.
