Ever feel like your Love Boat is stuck on the shore? Small-town guy, Benny Winters, is working hard on his latest business venture. Just in time for the season of love, he's purchased an old schooner he plans to turn into a romantic attraction for couples. He’s also hoping that the project might just impress his lovely landlady, who’s held his interest for a while. His bold plan is derailed, however, when his schooner seems to disappear into the night. Just when Ben is certain that his boat has been stolen, it turns up again marooned on the beach--with a body aboard. Law enforcement, his lady love, and most of the townsfolk view him with serious suspicion when word gets out. Ben quickly realizes that he'll have to clear his own name, or go to jail for a crime that he didn’t commit.
