She worked many years as a paralegal for a highly respected criminal defense attorney. She recently turned the page on city life and moved into a historic farmhouse located in the palm of the mitten that forms Michigan's lower peninsula. There, she writes, gardens, walks in the woods and countryside, enjoys family visits and cooking for them, works on her genealogy, reads, occasionally does some freelance paralegal work, and basically enjoys the country life.
