Octavius Winslow, was one of the most popular evangelical preachers in the 19th century. Winslow wrote more than 40 books and his works are very Christ centered. In the devotional Our God, Winslow examines some of the perfections of God written in the scripture. In Our God, Octavius Winslow examines several of the perfections of God revealed to us in Scripture. Rather than advancing a comprehensive study on the attributes of God, Winslow limits his discussion to some of the moral perfections of God, such as His love, patience, comfort, and grace.
