purpose:the Author's Intention Is To Use The Audiovisual Format To Expose The Reader To Real Patients With Neurological Disorders And To Demonstrate The Relevant Aspects Of The Neurological History And Examination. The Patient Interviews Are Very Well Done And The Authors Have Succinctly Demonstrated The Solicitation Of The Essential Features Of The Neurological History For Each Disorder. The Video Clips Of The Neurological Examination Are Useful, But Would Have Been Greatly Enhanced By A Commentary That Explains The Physical Signs That Are Demonstrated. The Video Clips Showing The Neuroimaging Results Are Not Very Clear And Again Would Have Been Greatly Enhanced By A Voice-over Explaining What Is Being Illustrated.
