The Case for Ecdysteroids

HTLT’s goal is to present the known human trials related to ecdysteroid use in humans for athletic performance, fat loss, muscular development and general well-being. There are more human trials than you may have realized on ecdysteroids. We present you with the latest findings of ecdysteroids in humans, and some very rare documents from the Russian trials on 20-Hydroxyecdysone (20HE) back in the 1990s. We have summarized each study in this write up, while the original documents have been dug out, translated, and uploaded in the references for your viewing pleasure.
