London: BBC Publications, 1981. — 159 p. " The Master Game " was an Annual Knock-out Chess Tournament broadcast on the BBC. ( British Television ). Participants were leading World Grandmasters such as Karpov, Korchnoi, Larsen, Hort and Browne and prominent British players including Short, Miles, Nunn and Hartston. Book 2 includes all the games of the first six series from 1975-81 the first three in an appendix and those from 1979 , 1980 and 1981 with the broadcast comments of the players. Sensationally the fifteen year old Nigel Short won the 1981 series . Chess games from the British TV show wherein the GM players comment on each move of the game they just played: Bent Larsen, John Nunn, Vlastimil Hort, Viktor Korchnoi, Nigel Short, Svetozar Gligoric, etc.
