The collection brings together new approaches to research in the use of computer-mediated learning technologies in civil engineering education. Transforming Engineering Education: Innovative Computer-Mediated Learning Technologies brings together 10 contributions on new approaches to research in the use of computer-mediated learning technologies in civil engineering education. The contributions present technology approaches that have made far-reaching improvements in learning outcomes and their alignment in the curriculum. This book is divided into three areas: fundamental computing approaches in design and construction, virtual and augmented reality, and advances in BIM applications.
