It delivers on its "Quick Steps" format. Most experienced users can quickly find what they need by simply looking at the illustrations. Not so experienced users can read the very concise text. It is relatively free of daunting technical information, which most of my users are not interested in learning about. This book makes it easy for them to get just the information they need. If more complex issues arise, I usually want a support person to handle it anyway. This book really reduces our support calls.
